I had booked a thunderbird in feb 2017 from Allied Auto Agencies Dehradun but cancelled the same because the dealer was not able to deliver it on time. It has been more that a month from the date of cancellation but still the dealer is harassing me and not providing the refund even after so many visits. His reasons included that the staff forgot to transfer money and the check book got over etc etc.
Plz look into the same as these type of dealers are adamant on tarnishing brand Image.
