Royal Enfield — Delay in providing vehicle documents

Sir, I purchase royal enfield classic 350, from arti automobiles, jharia road, dhansar, dhanbad, on 12-01-17. it has been six months but the dealer does not provide me documents(RC Book).so it is very painful to drive a bike with no legal document.it is very urgent to get it. so please provide me the RC book and other documents of my bike. thank you and regards.
