Royal Enfield — Delivery of Meteor 350

My booking of Meteor 350 was done on 27 Jul 2021, with tentative date of delivery on 19 Oct 2021.

But now when I am seeing delays in their delivery to others, I enquired whether my bike will be delivered on time.

Their reply was that "due to unforseen circumstances we can't confirm delivery date".

This reply is totally against transparency to consumers norms. Initially I booked with a non refundable fees of Rs 10000/- with assurance of delivery in 3 months. Now this uncertainty cannot be there, since I have got other viable options in the market. This is breech of trust & faith of customer in a brand.
