I am a Classic 350 Signals Purchase from Royal Enfield Showroom, Edappally, Ernakulam(Kerala) on April 27, 2019.As per the new rto rule, the number plate fits from the showroom and The rc book is issued only when the photo is taken and uploaded to the site.The shopkeepers didn't tell me this, so after the bike registration, I fitted the number plate, The shopkeepers didn't tell me this, so after the bike registration, I fitted the number plate.When I called in the showroom, they replied that they did not know. If the shopkeepers tell me this straightforward, I don't have to spend my cash on my number plate.There is no benefit to having that number plate anymore. My cash is just up. This is due to the lack of accountability of the showrooms. The only surplus is where my cash went.Customers should not be disgusted by such stupid comments made by staff. Hope the answer to this.
