Royal Enfield — Faulty product/ cheap quality

Dear Sir,
I am Shashank A. Khadtare from Yavatmal Maharashtra. Sending you this mail as cheap quality of product delivered to me from Royal Enfield. I have bought Thunder Bird 350 stone on 11 Feb 2016 from Aaditya Riders Pvt. Ltd., Yavatmal. This was the fourth bike of Royal Enfield at my home. I have Classic 350, Classic 500, Thunder bird 350 (Marine) along with my new Thunder bird 350 (Stone).
I am a die hard fan of Royal Enfield legacy but now I am regretting to have Royal Enfield which I have recently bought on 11 Feb 2016. Within a week from the day of delivery i.e., on 18/02/2016 when I was on the way to college suddenly three boys on their mopped crossed my way due to this I applied both front and rear break at the same time. So, I managed to avoid collision. There was no contact between the two vehicles at all. After sometime I noticed that, there are few dents on the back side of front mud guard (i.e., At the lower portion of mud guard near engine front). These dents were result of striking of chassis on lower end of front mud guard due to jerk after application of both breaks. This happens only within a week from the day of purchase. Now my bike has serious problems, its chassis got damaged. Whenever I apply the brakes it strikes on the mud guard in front of it. The distance between chassis and mud guard got reduced. The head light lost its focus, it facing downward on the road as compared to earlier. Along with this whenever I put the bike on center stand, both wheels touches the ground (i.e., there is no ground clearance between both wheels).
As I am facing this problems with my new bike after use of only eight days, I went to show room. That fellow took a test ride of my bike and told me there is problem with chassis and in addition to this the rear shock ups are also damaged. I want to ask you how cheap quality of bike you have manufactured that it can't able to withstand a small jerks. I really doubt on the way you manufactured the bike and its testing. How can shock ups got damaged within eight days. How it is possible that Royal Enfield has such cheap built quality. Its chassis is not capable of bearing of small jerks. Don't you test the bike quality before delivering to customers. A bicycle can withstand such types of jerk without bending. It's really disappointing that customer paid you huge bucks to get suffer. I am getting the worst experience from Royal Enfield. Royal Enfield should change its tag line from made like a gun to made up of plastic. It's really shameful for your company that you manufactured cheap quality product. You are providing zero satisfaction to me and I am afraid to have Royal Enfield. I strongly regret to have Royal Enfield. Royal Enfield sold me a piece of scrap for Rs. 1, 62, 000/-.
How can you expect the customer should allow to repair new bike when there is no fault of customer at all. My bike has bearly completed 350km only. Am I paid to you to get suffer. I don't trust Royal Enfield any more. I need a complete new replacement for my bike. Your poor manufacturing quality causes this damage not me. I need answer to my question, within eight days how can chassis and rear shock ups got damaged??. I am not going to allow to repair my bike, I need replacement in terms of new bike or take your scrap back or else I have to go to consumer court.
