Royal Enfield — new himalayan bike giving problem from last 20 days | |||
I have purchased a new himalayan bike from royal enfield (Brar motors) rudrapur (Its a new bike only km driven near about 2000) Before 20 days it has given problem when i m trying to start my bike but i was failed to start so called the showroom to check they have taken it, after 1 week they have returned it they told me that we have changed the battery with the new one, but again the same problem i m facing they are saying it we will check and update you they have make me fool why the same problem is coming again and again. Bike cost is near about rs 180000 i have taken a expensive bike to ride but when it was at showroom i have taken autos to go to my office and my personal work also i m fed up with their excuses. Such a big brand royal enfield but i m not happy with this bike now i want my money back and also what i have invested to go to office or personal work that money i also want plz help me with this type of fraud company with no customers satisfaction only what they know is how to make fool to customers.
