Royal Enfield — No Engine Oil in Brand new Royal Enfield Standard 350

It is to bring to your kind notice that I have bought a brand new Royal Enfield Standard 350cc ( registration no.- DL6S AV 6000) from reputed showroom i.e. Kays Auto (Derawal Nagar, Gujranwala Town, Delhi-110009) on day before yesterday i.e. 2nd of April 2017. On the very next day the bike started stopping automatically when i was driving it. This was repeated two three times. I thought there must be a defect in the engine. When i was watching the engine, suddenly my eyes stucked to the Engine Oil Indicator. I throughly checked and there wasn't a single drop of engine oil in the engine. I was literally shocked to see that. At the same time I called to the owner of Kays Auto Mr. Siddarth and he told me that this can't be possible. But after knowing the problem he told me to bring the bike back to the showroom. I request the concerned person to cross check the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
