[Resolved] Royal Enfield — No tool kit provided with the bike (Thunderbird 350cc) & worst service, employees are always outside | |||
Hi, i have purchased a thunderbird 350cc from b narayanapura on 1st dec 2016. I have not yet received the tool kit which was suppose to come with the bike. I have to change the tube within a week since it got torned near the valve. I gave my vehicle for servicing on 19th dec and it was told to me that i will get the bike in evening and it's 20th dec 1:00pm and still i did not receive any update from the service center and when i call to the showroom they asked me to contact supervisor, and then he asked me to contact other supervisor, and when i call all these guys i get a similar answer that none of them are in the showroom and all are outside and they tell they will call me but they never call again.
