Royal Enfield — Not Proper service, Extra charging, Replacing bike things with old things

I have given my Royal Enfield bike for the service at G.G Motors service center, Madurai. Asked to change Chain sprocket, Engine oil and then check the wheel alignment for the both wheels and the handle bar. After the service my bike was not in the good condition my hand bar is shaking and speedometer also not giving the correct speed (i.e If I reach after 80KM speed suddenly speedo meter shows 140KM or 150KM like that. Most worried thing is I went two times after the service to fix this issue they were fixing it but the issue is not yet resolved.

And I can see they have installed some old products in my Royal Enfield. I don't know what they did at below the handle bar, because before the service the rust is not there after the service I can see the rust.

And last thing is they are extra charging for the service For example,

They charged for
WHEEL TRUING - BOTH WHEEL : RS 472

And then they are charging separately for

WHEEL TRUING - FRONT WHEEL : RS 236
WHEEL TRUING - REAR WHEEL : RS 236

and other things as well

I am asking them to fix the hand bar issue
