Royal Enfield — poor service by dealer m/s. marikar motors | |||
I purchased my royal enfield thunderbird -350 from marikar motors trivandrum during may 2018. Kl 01 cc 330. Within 7 months paint from oil filter starts disappearing. During free service on 3rd feb 2019, i told marikar motors about the complaint. Then they told spare parts not available. They promised to call back me. After one month i registered a complaint with [protected]@royalenfield.com on 05 march 2019. Complaint id — ccshoc[protected]. One call came, enquired details promised to settle the issue and then they closed the complaint themselves. Complaint closure sms came to my mobile. Again i registered another complaint. Again they closed the complaint themselves. It is a waste of time to register complaint with [protected]@royalenfield.com. Very poor service given by m/s. Marikar motors, trivandrum. They will do nothing. Latest complaint given on 03 april 2019. Complaint id - ccshoc1920246. All the complaints were registered on same loop of trial mails again & again. At least royal enfiled support should have read the trial mails before registering new complaint again & again. Very bad experience with royal enfield. Was this information helpful? | |||
