Royal Enfield — Poor Services by Bangalore service center and the battery guy | |||
Hi Team, For past 2-3 Months I have been struggling with my bike due to the faulty battery . Two times I have used road side assistance and toed the bike as well for servicing. Everytime they will start the bike somehow and say that the bike is fine and after 10 days again the bike stops in the middle of nowhere. I don't think so, this is a good sign for royal Enfield. I have asked so many times to replace the battery as it's in the warranty only but everyone is giving absurd reasons. If a bike has stopped 2-3 times in between the road don't you think it's time the accept the issue and make changes. I need immediate assistance on this matter and get the battery replaced ASAP. My bike is already with you in the service center. Bike number: KA51HM5108 Please contact me and get this sorted out. Such a big company and such bad service till now. Really Disappointed. Siddhant raj Dwivedi [protected] The guy Mahadev is calling us trying to cover Royal Enfield fault. Saying that your battery can't be changed once the guarantee is finish and I pay then only they will determine and acknowledge there fault and change battery. Also, all petrol in my vehicle is empty I gave it with 2 ltrs and now they are saying that without petrol nothing can be done. I have proofs and receipt for everything along with call recordings with the service center people. Please contact me asap unless I will be forced to take big action.
