Royal Enfield — Regarding my new bike booking | |||
Hi this is kaviarasan K, I booked my royal Enfield meteor 350 on Dec 17, 2020 . On the Time of booking the show people said that the bike will be delivered within 30 to 45 days, but still my bike not delivered yet. I went to the showroom 10 times regarding my bike delivery within 2 months . But the show people are always giving false information . Like when I am asking about my bike delivery, your bike will be deliver next, next month, Feb first week, Feb last week, march first week, march 10 th, but today they are telling may first week . This thing makes me to mental depression . At the time of booking they said bike will be deliver within one month, so that only I booked royal Enfield, otherwise I will go any other company bikes, I already mailed to the royal Enfield support team, they are also doing the same thing, still my bike not delivered, I paid 10000 rs for the bike booking as advance . Take this complaint as serious, because many people facing this problem in Enfield bike delivery, the are giving false information for their customers for booking, after that they are saying like this .
