Royal Enfield — Regarding the 10k advance money | |||
Hello, Royal Enfield This is regarding about the amount of 10k which I paid as on 28feb 20 for continental GT 650 in Mayhem colour. As on 2nd oct 20 I have submitted the request for cancelling the request bike since from past 7 months was not enough for you guys to deliver the bike. The real issue now that I have submitted the request for cancellation earlier they said within 10 days the amount will be transferred and now it’s been 26 days plus when I call the company they don’t take it seriously and cut the call. Can you guys tell me is this how your company operates with customer and when I can get my money back I don’t need any Royal Enfield bikes now thanks to your fabulous service. This is related to AMBEY MOTORS ( 140 B- Pataliputra colony Patna 13) I have attached the invoice receipt in the attachment Kindly treat this issue as urgent.
