Royal Enfield — Repeated Service complaints/Vehicle issues since purchase

I have purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 AP39HH1318 in the month of December 2020 from Nellore Rishi Motors.

The problem started within 10 days of purchase and first issues was recall from company to resolve Gear issues. After a few days of this i got the first service. The problems started as below:

1. Vehicle intermittently stops while in riding in traffic. This is dangerous, as some vehicle from back may hit me. The problems persists still even after 2nd service.
2. Severe Mileage drop. Although company claims 30-40 KMPL, bit i still except 30 max. And that too even dropped to 20 or below and i had to surrender the vehicle for 2 days and after that its the same still. Again i went and complained about this along with the other issues. I have used my vehicle with this mileage for about 2-3 weeks.Finally they have arranged a technician fro. HYDERABAD and they concluded the 1st and 2nd problems are due to Petrol mixed with other dissolvable fluids water or kerosene. They cleaned the whole tank and after few days the same problems started again.

I gave the bike for 2nd service and i raised this. After the service, the problems has gone much worse and its worse than before after the second service. The pathetic local service worries me and other customers as well. After the service, the chain was not lubricated. After air filter change, the continued to leak for a week from the seals, i showed them these. There were so many other issues which i cant continue to write here in this forum as it wont end soon.

Specially with the current petrol rates, inspite of addressing these kind of issues, the local service is very negligent and they dont seem to value the bike at all. Despite so many feedbacks they are continuing to be same.

I look for some one from company to gurantee and attend to customers problems. The Royal Enfield is a kind of indian luxury bike which is costing around 2.5 laks and is this the kind of value or service the customers get after purchase? My bikes complete history is available with them.

I dont know how company tracks or checks these kind of issues.Companies should call every customer every 3 months once for atleast 5 years after the purchase and should gather the feed back for proper actions.

Please take this as a serious concern with increasing petrol rates and the problems that exists may pose danger to a life at worst case.

I have called my self after 3 days after raising this complaint and they took the vehicle for inspection and kept it for 5 days and said Airfilter is the problem for all current issues. They said its giving very good mileage infact more than what normally Royal Enfield gives or says. I finally noticed during 2nd full tank nothing was improved, they just proved something which was complete non sense. Let me know how to increase the severity of this complaint.They really dont care at all..Non response untilll after i raised with them again. I do not want trust this guys anymore.. Totally waste of my time and money. Untill nothing was permanent fix from them.i beg you to provide justice which should be a lesson for such big player in the market. Their goods are not just a ruppes or thousands matter its a matter of laks and almost equivalent to car.Please sir do something their responses and actiobs are not satisfactory at all.They just bluff the customers with something.
