Royal Enfield — replacement parts warranty

Hi am vimal your coustmer in since 2018 jan am purchased a new bike gun metal gray in concept motors nedumangad trivandrum
Now i have complaint about my bike silencer and wheel drim both are rust in 2019 feb 3 times i reported in concept service but they have no action taken till now if possible to arrange my replacement solution
