Royal Enfield — Stealing replacement parts @ hsr enterprises rajajinagar magadi rd service center

Hi,

I have purchased an re on september 2016 from hsr rajajinagar

After taking the delivery of the vehicle, in few hours i saw some liquid leaked on engine, when took the hsr showroom in rajajinagar, asked me to contact service centre in magadi chord,
After contacting them, they informed me battery will be replaced and on engine top cover buffing will be done to remove the marks, upon agreeing they took my original battery & replaced with temporary one informing that it will take a weeks’ time,
Upon following up for few months, service engineer told still they have not got replacement battery, it’s been so many months, contacted hsr manager – charan ([protected]), he checked and informed me that the battery which is added in my bike is the replacement battery as per records, he is so dumb, he has no records or no information of the batteries, blindly telling that they have replaced battery on 4t november 2016.

To challenge him, i contacted a amarom dealer and proved that my bike doesnot have the replacement battery, he provided me more details about the battery.

Original battery no of re – bah0434q107775 mfd date – sept 2016
Temporary battery no in re – bah0428q202044 mfd date – june 2016
Replacement battery no (Got from amaron) – bah0546q102477 sent to hsr on 18th nov 2016
So now i asked charan where is the replacement battery which was sent by amaron in replacement for the original one, he has no answer and dumb stuck, telling with assumption that they have given a new battery on day one when i complained my battery is faulty, when asked is this the procedure they follow, he says i am the only one for whom they have done.

Hes blaming telling that i may have paid some amount initially for the service guy to provide a new battery initially on my report of faulty battery, he has no sense, it’s a new bike and in warranty and why would i pay some one, when i will get a replacement free of cost, hes really a fool just wasted 2 hours taking to him in the service centre, where i dint get any solution.

I think they are cheating customers by stealing replacement products and replacing it with unused or useless products.

Firstly when warranty is there no company will provide a new one without getting a replacement one from the manufacturer amaron.

Secondly no data about the battery, he has written in a small book that they have replaced battery on 4th nov 2016, whereas amazon has sent them replacement only 18th nov 2016, false record or data created

My question is how did royal enfield get a new battery even before the defective one was sent to amaron, now the manager is telling as per the record new battery is replaced in the bike and it is documented

This is cheating customer, my first mistake was accepting the new bike where battery was leaking & engine got acid scars & trusting royal enfield engineer, who has left the company and now how do i prove this?

Manager has no knowledge and talks what ever comes to his mouth with logic, he talks only with assumption, he says standby battery can run only for few days, since i have used it for many months without any problem, he assumed it be a new one provided by hsr,
He is asking me to prove that the battery included is not good then he will replace else ask his ex employee harish to tell that he had put a temporary battery then he will provide my replacement battery.

Re has such worst manager in service center, now i am scared to leave my bike for service here, what if they flick or steal parts and replace with old ones.

My question is where is my replacement battery, what has re hsr magadi rd service centre done with that.

My bike should either have a original battery included on delivery or a replacement one for that, but its with a unknow battery, not detail about its condition, manger is telling if any issues within warranty period, he will replace battery not hes not ready to provide the replacement battery sent from amaron as he has not data about it.
