Royal Friendship Club — I'm complaining about royal friendship club

I have paid them 16, 500 in which 12, 000 for token no. And 4500 for membership, thier new state bank of india's account number is [protected] and ifsc number is sbin0012408 and they have 2 mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]
Please take the right action about them they cheated me today, i also have the receipts of transactions
They send fake informations to the user
