      We have purchased dining table set 6 seater from royal oak on 5th september, which was delivered on 12th oct .

      now within a month it was noticed that one of the chair's back rest has started bending.

      As the product is on warranty . kindly replace the chair with new one . because no product damages within a month

        Iam very happy to inform you that I received my order for the above on 1/11 for which i had made my payment vide Phone Pe SBI UTR No.[protected] for Rs 8990.

        Seeing the quality of the product and your after sale activities like immediate assembling of the same prompted me to place second order of the above to give to my daughter and accordingly I sent Rs 8990/- on 5.11.2021 via, Phone Pe UCO bank UTR No,[protected] on 5th Nov.21. I also sent a screen shot of the payment details to you. Sri Praveen Roy of your compay knows about this.

        I regret to inform you that till writing this letteer, I have not received the product which I want to gift to my daughter on her birth day on 28.11.21.I therefore request you to pease deliver my above order and oblige.Incidentaly I have also not received the order ID from you.

          I placed an online order on Nov 7 in their online store. The delivery was supposed to take place on Nov 19. Till now there is no communication on the status.
          1) They wont provide any shipment tracking ID. So you can't track your order.
          2) Worst customer care service. Never return your call or Executive busy tone.

            Your website does not show any update. Where the item is? How many days pending.

            Its like a blackhole. We give our money and hope we will get something.

            Is that business? Real Shame. Message for owner - Hope you order something one day and its urgent for you, but no one gives you a response. Shall see how it feels. What goes around Comes around Mr. Royal Oak Owner.

              Ordered on 10 November 2021. Been 7 days already. No update in System.

              Really surprised on the working of this company.

              Possibly no one even cares about these complaints anymore. Previously someone named Deepa from their team responded now even that has stopped.

              Their offline store mentioned the item is available, upon booking next day the item is no longer available. It is strange how they function. Their offline and online team have no proper communication.

              Seriously, please improve your services. You are not gaining customers like this.

                Order #ROY00131936 supposed to be delivered on 15th nov and till now neither they bothered to deliver the item nor bothered to provide an update. Customer care is absolutely rubbish. Seems like a fraud company.

                    I am amazed at how this company functions.

                    Its like you order an item and then pray to god that it reaches you.

                    They have these offline stores which say something and then online the story is entirely different.

                    Till now there is no update on the website, No customer support number is available to check the status. Like really this is my last purchase with this company. Unfortunately have paid 25000 otherwise would not have gone forward with this. Please Royal Oak have some shame.

                      This is my second order, my first order came somewhat in time and hence that motivated me for purchasing a second time. But this time no regular status updates are being provided in regards to whether the item has been shipped or is in progress.

                      Royal Oak really needs to up their game in regards to providing status updates.

                        As per the discussion at Royal Oak furniture store, the store person had told me that the item is available in stock and I could order online.

                          Item got delivered but now have to beg the technician to come to fix.

                          As if it is our responsibility to keep requesting for assembly.

                                Never knew that Royaloak Furnitures is such a bxxxxx sxxx company.
                                Very bad experience of buying a single seater fabric recliner sofa from bannerghatta road/bilekahalli Outlet.
                                Rs.19, 000 gone to drain. Unable to use the recliner for the purpose meant.
                                Totally unprofessional sales team, unable to guide customer properly.
                                Better to avoid Royaloak Furnitures, online or offline.
                                Small non branded local standalone outlets can give you better service and products and value for your money.

                                    I purchased a wooden sofa on[protected] for 46, 000. We have stiched kushiyon cover for 9, 000. Totally now the value of that sofa is 55K. From the date purchased within a month the sofa got broken. NOTE: We don't have any kids at home or any heavy weight person. So it is totally the manufacturing defect. We have informed the sales man and a officer. We asked for a replacement of that sofa and we don't want a repaired one. We need a new one...
