Really surprised on the working of this company.
Possibly no one even cares about these complaints anymore. Previously someone named Deepa from their team responded now even that has stopped.
Their offline store mentioned the item is available, upon booking next day the item is no longer available. It is strange how they function. Their offline and online team have no proper communication.
Seriously, please improve your services. You are not gaining customers like this.
