I had purchased a 3 seater sofa from your website last month and it was been delivered and installed.
But the installation has not been done properly as the legs are not installed to the sofa properly. The legs are tending to break.
I request you to send someone to fix it as soon as possible.

    I have booked center table for the cost of 3250 online on 26th aug 2018 with product order no. [protected].
    And was supposed to get it within 10 working days, but it's going to be 1 month and the product is not yet delivered neither any correspondence has been from the company.
    I am going to take legal action if the matter is not resolved asap in this regard.

      Dear royal oak team,

      This has reference to the dining table purchased from your banaswasdi store on 07/11/2014 in the name of shikha prasad order no:[protected]. The table had a glass top. The glass on the table suddenly broke off (Almost blasted) into pieces with a loud noise. The glass pieces were scattered all around the house which could have caused a serious injury.

      The customer care failed to help on reporting the incident complaint id:29712. I had also visited the store in person and requested the store manager to send a technician. However nobody turned up.

      This is a safety concern. The reason for breakage is clearly the poor quality of glass used and is a manufacturing defect (https://youtu.be/7EgAUhsiRQs).

      Please get the table fixed or replaced at your end.

        I had purchased Glass coffee table on 2nd Sept'18 online from royal oak website and payment was immediately made on the same. The item was supposed to be delivered on 5th Sept but nothing has been delivered till date i.e. 19th Sept.

        After waiting for 10 days and no response, i had requested the customer care team of royal oak to cancel the order and refund my money on 15th Sept. No action has been taken so far. The cost of the table was INR 4, 990.

        Requesting the customer complaint forum to help me resolve the same and get my money refunded.

          This is regarding recliner sofa I bought from Banaswadi banagalore. The delivered 3 seater sofa was damaged and I have complaint ( complained no. 5701) to royal oak customer care same day. I have called and emailed to them many times. They said their technical team will contact me but there is no contact even after 20 days. It is their duty to resolve the issue with the customer. They are not even responding or communicating forget about resolving the issue.

            I ordered the product 'royaloak verve jhula' from royal oak website (Order no: roy006588) and am facing issues in the same. There are scratch/cut marks present of the product, please find attached the images of the same.
            Since this was a gift, we were expecting it to be in perfectly good condition, but in contrary we received a poor quality/damaged product.

            I’ve been trying to contact customer care for last 1 month with no response. The call is being rejected everytime or the phone is switched off maximum time. I have even sent multiple mails to 'cms. [protected]@royaloakindia.com' but received no replied till date.

            Really pathetic service and product.

            Another proof of poor service.. the above complaint was marked at 'resolved' by the royal Oak Customer care, where as I received neither a call nor a mail from them. Pathetic service.

              We purchased a dining table worth almost rs 90, 000/- and a double bed with bedside tables and an ornate mirror besides, from royal oak, banaswadi.
              2 days after delivery of the table, one of the chairs broke. One of the bedside tables was damaged and the mirror was warped.in spite of repeated calls to the company no contact was made by anyone in any position of authority and finally we approached a lawyer and served a legal notice to the company.
              More than 2 weeks later, the company has not responded to the notice and we are faced with the prospect of spending more money to file criminal charges against them.
              The broken chair lies in the middle of my home as a constant, bitter reminder of the deceit suffered by us.
              Royal oak is not royal. It is a cheap and treacherous business venture.

                I had bought this recliner sofa from your Banaswadi / Bangalore show room, as you see from my mail the product is pathetic and not in usable condition

                Even though you have replaced the cushions, - Kindly see the condition of the sofa

                Help me replacing the sofa to a new one - YOU CANNOT GIVE ME OPTION”S LIKE CUSHION CHANGES ETC .

                I have been following up multiple time but I get no response from your customer care – you are such a big furniture company but your service is MISERABLE

                  Hi, i placed an order from the website royaloakindia.com and the order number is [protected]. The order was placed successfully and there is no delivery update from them for the last 15 days. When i try to reach the customer care, no one responds even though working hrs are ist day hrs. I started having a feeling that this is fraud company and would like to get an update asap. As i paid 12500+ already via credit card, am looking for refund or delivery asap.

                    I'v purchased nexson bookshelf from your store. There is huge difference what was shown to us and the product that got delivered. We have been chasing your customer service team to get it replaced. Till now nothing has happened. We spoke to 5 people in customer service but till not no solution. Had 2 technical team visited but no solution. Do i really need to chase for getting right product. Can you please expedite & solve

                      I ordered audi queen no storage solid wood. Bed on 05/09/18 videorder no. Roy009422.
                      I opted for payment through bajaj finance @3000 p. M for 8months, as i have their card. And their processing fee of 767/- was paid immediately. I received a confirmation that my order is placed and i would hear from बजाज immediately. It is also mentioned in the order details that i would receive the product by 12/13 th of september.

                      Today is 07/09/18. - i did not receive any call/confirmation from bajaj or from your end.
                      I am not sure if my order is under proces.
                      Please ensure that i need to receive it on the promised date without fail.
                      If there is any further delay i would opt for complete payment immediately.

                        It has been month since i purchased the product. They transported damaged goods. I have been calling them since 1 month for replacement. Till date no action is taken by those people. Those # keep blaming one another. Aleem supervisor of bannerghatta road is not taking any action. He says i'm not responsible check with customer care. Floor supervisor (Saravanan) of royal oak customer also keeps giving excuses telling i will check and get back. I have to call them everyday morning.

                            1). Damage chair inyour technician seened the strecture of one chair was damaged on fitting time. It is damaged on both back rest and strecture. And 2). Back rest tighten screw enclosure (Cap) 2 sets not coming with box packaging it is missing.
                            Note :-it is measure on safety issues on future.
                            Please arrange 1new chair and provide protection caps on back rest screws tighten area

                              Worst customer service I ever seen, what Royal Oak has given me so far. When you go to shop they show the product nicely and get the order. After order the tragedy starts, they saying delivery 3 days and installation 3 days after delivery. For my case, it has been delayed 10 days so Branch manager said sir don't worry we will do the delivery and installation in the same day. Product delivered today and when I asked they said within 3 days installation. I called customer care 5 times even talked with their supervisor but nobody taking this as a complain. they saying this not a complain.I wasted so much time with talking with different persons customer care, branch from Royal Oak but no result. Thanks
