My Order ID is [protected], I have raised a complaint on Jul 27th 2021 and still did not resolved. Every time whenever I call customer care, they are saying in 2 days this will be resolved. It's been more than a month and still no resolution.
I would say the customer service is not at all good.

      Dear Royaloak Team,

      This is to inform you that i have booked a leather sofa set of Rs. 150, 000 at your sarjapur store and they confirmed to deliver a box packed piece at the time of booking as i have paid for a new product not a used damaged one.

      But i am very much shocked to see that you guys have delivered a used and damaged product at my home today and once i denied taking the delivery they just kept in...

      This complaint is about non delivery of online purchased item on Royal Oak Online order number #ROY00122809 . Promised delivery date was by 24th August at max .
      Now day by day it is getting extended . Starting from 24th August moving the date to 26th then 27th then 28th then 30th and today someone from customer care responded with 31st.
      It is very much disappointment that Company is not cancelling the order and simply delaying after payment. Need help in resolving the issue.

      Customer support team is not at all co-operative and providing false information .
      If company is not able to deliver, Please cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase somewhere else.

          Ordered the product on 10 August 2021.

          Everyday I am getting different reponse. First, they said stock not available, Then they said the product got damaged while delivery. Then they said it will be cancelled. Now, they are not issuing refund.

            I was purchased cot in Royaloak Banaswadi on March 21st 2020. but our Gvt Announced Lock down after next day. so Store opened in July month. I asked to cancel delivery but they didn't cancel and not delivered. I requested many times through mail, physically and customer care. still I didn't receive product or money

              I purchased Dining table set of RoyalOak in February 2020 and now the chair condition in this set is worsened. Chairs are getting broken one by one.. One of family member was injured because of the same as the legs got broken. Kindly send your Carpenter asap to fix the same.

                  My wife who is 6-month pregnant was having breakfast in the morning and suddenly the chair broke and she falls down.
                  Lucking no harm to baby.
                  And Dining table is under warranty.
                  The technician has visited today and after confirmation with his supervisor/manager, he said that it is a usage issue and I have to pay for this.

                  For such serious issue which may lead to loss of life still company asking for money to do the modification

                    I have purchased at navy study table with chair (SD416) on 7th Aug'21.
                    The installation was done on 10th Aug'21 and Chair back rest joint open on 13th Aug'21. My son is used the product only 3 day and product was failed in normal used. Is this product quality supplied by Royaloak?

                    I complaint to Royaloak dealer but he is denied to attend under warranty.
                    Please collect the chair from my house because i want not suppose to use such type showpiece product because due to poor quality, my son would suffer any accident in future.

                          The mattress is uneven and is also sagging inside. Kindly send somebody to look into it and get the issues fixed/replaced.

                            I have ordered corner sofa from Royal Oak of RS63000 and one 4 l shape set was completely damaged. The damaged was retured from delivery time it's self. This is my order I'd [protected], please take a complaint for the future reference to deliver new product without any damage.

                              I booked a study table from Royal oak on 08.08.2021 at 7.50 PM. I paid down payment Rs8267.00. However, I realised the product is too big. I cancelled it on 09.08.2021 afternoon. The store manager is denying to refund my money and cancel the order. Also, bajaj finance loan was processed. As the funds were not processed. Bajaj finance cancelled the loan. But I'm not getting my refund. This is very unprofessional behaviour of Royal Oak such a branded company. I'm very much disappointed.
