[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — claim not refunded since 3 months | |
My self aditya saikar, took car insurance from royal sundaram, policy no hop0523948 with key cover, i had lost my key and claimed under key cover protection in month of sept 2017. Since they have denied the classless claim they have adviced me to pay and then claim for refund. I have complied all the necessary documentation for claim process but even after 4 months the refund is still not settle by them. Every time i call the adviser mr. Purshottam +91 [protected] for status he says it's in process. I don't understand the logic and their company process how much time do they required to settle the claim even all the necessary documentation is done. This is very unethical approach of this company. For renewal of my other car policy they send daily reminders even 3months prior to the expiry date and for claim settlement not a single email received from them. There is no complaint mechanism on their portal or escalation matrix available. Was this information helpful? | |
