I bought health insurers from Royal Sundaram reference with sbi credit card agent code- AG004228
policy number- HSAA[protected]
DATE OF PURCHASE[protected]
I ma facing issue from the day one still not recived any physical document and cashless card also and i am trying to take followup with royal sundram team but they were give fake commitment last 2 months your card will be disptch next 7 days i have all email screenshot and i am share with attachment till 28 may but no card receive no document 4 month has been passed please take action against Royal sundram team
