Last 7 days i am struggling to get my policy renew copy. Also i requested for member inclusion and i made the payment accordingly. I submitted a change request form along with my Son's DOB certificate 1.5 month back. now they are saying issue with some data. they are not at all calling to fix the issue faster nor they are replying to my mail. this is totally unprofessional. I am keep sending mail and called the customer care but they disconnected the call.
