My car Polo Tdi met with a minor accident, front bumper, intercooler & door, rear wheel, running board and back bumper got scratches and damage. Out of which back wheel and back bumper i am not getting the claim.. received a template mail from surveyor loss not tallied. I tried calling customer support but no one is picking my call.. i need solution
