[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — vpb[protected] date of birth was wrongly mentioned in insurance | |||
I have taken this policy through policy bazaar, the insurance copy what i received was with wrong date of birth. When I tried to call Royal Sundaram customer care, the number is always busy and I have sent the mail to customer.[protected]@royalsundaram.in. I have received the automated reply on 13th Feb'20 stating that the issue will get resolved in 3 business days. Still I have not received any response from royal Sundaram and no body contacted me to resolve my issue. Even I called policy bazaar customer care but I haven't received any solution from both the side. Was this information helpful? | |||
