[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram General Insurance — wrong information provided by company

I have taken royal sundaram lifeline supreme family floater policy for 3 years tenure. Me and my husband are covered under this. Before buying policy i have asked mamy time to royal sundaram representative that i ll be soon delivering baby and i would like to add her in our family floater policy after her birth. Representative said yes u can add her in ur policy, once ur baby is born u send us her documents we ll add her immediately to ur family floater plan. Whatever extra premium ll be there we will charge for that.
By keeping all this factors in mind i bought policy with tenure of 3 yrs. Now my baby is born and i have called royal sundaram toll free number and asked them procedure to add baby name in policy. They said u can't add ur baby name in policy now. It can be added only at the time of renewal. I told them it was assured to me while taking policy that my baby ll be added immediately, no one told me it can be added only at a time of renewal.
If i would have known this fact that baby name can be added only at the time of renewal, why would i have taken policy for three years. Now if i wait for my policy renewal to add my baby name in she ll not be medically covered for three yrs which is not good. Now what they are suggesting me is to by separate policy for her. First they gave wrong information to me and now they want me to take another policy for my baby. They just want to earn money by selling policy.

I have no document because I knew when I see cr card statement. My Register mobile no is [protected].
Un wanted policy issued by Royal sundram general insurance co and deduct 2time amount for the policy which I am not buying when I complant it to cancel it they call me but can't cancal policy
