Hi. I would like to complain about a health insurance policy we have had for a few years with Royal Sundaram - Policy No. : HMA[protected]. This expired circa 19-Mar-21 --- the expiry caught us unaware as there were no email or any reminders leading up to the expiry. We didn't realize as the family was engaged with a couple of covid-19 cases in the immediate family. Now we're constantly chasing them for a renewal but nothing is happening! can someone please come back from Royal Sundaram Group. Was this information helpful? | |||||
