[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Amber Chair
I bought the chair in RoyalOak online and I got the same. The next step is installation. Initially while delivering the product the full set of hardware is missing and this was found by installation guy and he raised the complaint against the same. After 5 days one more guy came with hardware setup but still 4 hardware items were sent wrongly and the guy completed the installation with remaining hardware setup. Now I am continuously reaching out to RoyalOak customer care about pending installation but none responded to me which is worst behavior. Still I am unhappy with what RoyalOak is doing and chair also looking not as expected. I don't know how to reach out to them. I am fed up with this RoyalOak customer care and service. Please help me.
