I have purchased my entire furnitures in Roayloak on 26th october in their bangalore marathahalli show room. they delivered partly and cot was supposed to be delivered by mid nov2020. I struggled lot to get my cot and many mails, calls, no one is really bothered to respond. they said end nov, then first week of dec then mid dec then end dec then beginning jan. finally, i got my cot delivered yesteday and they communicated that someone called chandru will install today. Till now, no communication from chandru and no contact details and roayal doesn't give any contact numbers.
very unfortunate and why the organization doesn't care about customer.
their customer care number is worst, always you need to be on queue and minimum hold timing would be around 14 to 15 minutes then it will get automatically disconnect. you need to again call them and wait in the queue.
looks like they don't look at the call waiting report of call centre to help their customers.
no customer focus and looks like money is their important aspect in business.
