[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — broken bed delivered and worst customer care
I have purchased a king size solid wooden bed from them on 10th March, 2019. They delivered the product and while assembly the technician noticed a damage on one of the bed corner. The crack is one inch deep and 6 inch long. He have filled in the fitment sheet with damage details and asked us to call the customer care. From then I have been following up with the customer care and every time the answer is same. Your issue will be resolved in 5 days. The company seems to be deaf enough to listen to consumer complaints. It's been 20 days now and my issue is not resolved yet.
