[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — broken king size bed
I purchased a sheesham wood king size bed from royaloak koramangala branch on the 12th of march, 2018. The bed got delivered on the 14th, but while the royaloak assembly team was setting up the bed (On the 15th), we noticed that the following things were broken:
1. Footrest broken in two places
2. Ply chipped in three places
3. Headboard chipped in 2-3 places
4. Side-panel with scratches
I spoke to the manager, but he was not available on call or when we went to the branch to visit.in fact, he is actively ignoring our calls, because immediately after i tried his number and he didn't pick up, i got a call from the branch.
Initially they had said they'll replace the bed by today (The 16th of march) or tomorrow morning, but they haven't, and they didn't even have the courtesy to call us to let us know.
When we called them in the evening, they said tomorrow morning will not be possible and they will try to deliver by tomorrow evening or day-after.
Very frustrating experience, and we have already made the full payment.
