Hi. I bought a chair for 8000/- rs. Installation was done two days later. After a day or two of installation, the arm-rest part came out. It came out because the factory fitted mould got broke from inside of the arm rest. I called up customer care. They sent a service person after a week of my complaint.. He applied some glue and told it should be fine. The arm rest came other the same evening. I again called them and complained and told them if it is a quick-fix using gum, then i want the product to be exchanged. They assured that this time they will use a different gum and that it i will not face any problem. Again after 15 days they send a service person. He fixed it with a gum and the arm rest opened up in a day again. I again complained them but there is no response from customer care. I am very unhappy with the royal oak product and the customer care. I suggest people to avoid buying anything from royal oak Was this information helpful? | |||
