[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Computer chair delivered without armrest | |
I ordered a computer chair online in royaloak and it was delivered in 4 days. When installation guy came to install the chair, it was found that one of the armrest was missing in the box. It is two weeks since this happened and i have been trying to reach to customer care and it connected after 10 days. Meanwhile i reached out to numerous contacts and none of them could help. At last i reached out to customer care and they told that there is no stock and it can’t be fixed for al least two weeks. And when i asked if there is any refund and replacement policy and i was told that there is nothing like that. With what i underwent so far, i am not sure if i would really get the missing armrest in next two weeks. It is very frustrating that the chair is lying with me and i can’t use it. I am very unhappy with what happened and i strongly suggest not to purchase any product from royaloak. All customer needs is a good service and these guys don’t seem to know how to service their customers.
