I bought ‘Charger Wooden 6s Dining Table' from Royal Oak via order id SQ[protected] on 03/Nov, which got delivered and assembled during mid November (17/Nov/2021). Immediately post installation, i saw a crack on one of the chairs and i reported this to royal customer care.
I informed the customer care that i do not need repair of this product, since it was delivered defective and wood used in the furniture is also of very low quality. Instead i requested them for a refund or a store credit, so that i can buy a better product. I paid 42K for this dining table, and i feel i can get a better quality wood product for the same amount.
I have been chasing with the customer care team, but do not have any resolution yet.
