I had placed an order for 3 seater recliner, king size bed and mattres on 22 August 2022 under the Order Number : SO[protected] from Royal oak store kukapally hyderabad . The same got delivered to me on 27th August in morning.
After assembly, I found that the item is defective and not matching the one that was seen in the store and informed about it to the fitting man Mr.Ramesh on the same day, he said he will post in their whatsapp group and will get back to us.We waited patiently but no response from their end, neither reply to our calls then we called the customer care on 31st August 2022, and informed about the defective item she said to document the same and so sent a mail on 1st september with complete description of issue to [protected]@royaloakindia.com (Complaint Id - RIPL-29201).
They sent a person on 2nd September, he came with used right back support of sofa and attached the same, we even told him then only that its old and gaps are still there.He said he will check and will send a sofa technician, then Sofa Technician Mr.Siraj came on 3rd September and replaced with the old previously given back support and still no resolution of gap and sofa moving and making crackling sounds, and he made sofa condition more worse than before and unable to even sit on it as its scary because it sounds life it may break anytime.
From then we are continously trying to reach and follow up with Store Manager- Mr.Rakesh, Sales Person- Mr.Nagaraj, Service Person- Mr.Venkatesh and Sofa technician - Mr.Siraj and we even went to store couple of times but no response and still we are facing difficulty with Broken, Defective Sofa.
Please help me in getting my refund money of Rs.49979.
