[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — damaged dining table | |||||
I purchased a dining from royal oak marathali bangalore branch. When the installation person came and opened the product, the piece was damaged. The installation person himself admitted that the piece is damaged. He took the photographs and sent it to the manager and said they will get back. More than 2 weeks now, nobody is getting back. I have been calling day in and dat out to the customer care but no solution so far. Such pathetic services. Sheer waste of money and time. Get the issue fixed asap . Hi, I ordered for a dining table 4 seater order ROY00132. Its was get delivered between 27 to 31st july. Till date ie 8th August there is no response from customer care and they are frequently disconnecting my call.

If i call them on the helpline number, they are saying product has appeared damage. We will send a new product. They are telling a lie
