[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — DAMAGED Rs.75000 Milano Italian table not being replaced after 4 months | |||||
I ordered a 6 Seater Milano Italian table with order no. ROY[protected] months back. The first table that was delivered was defective with cracks on the surface. This was confirmed by the fitter from ROyal Oak. The replacement was also defective hence it was sent back. Now Mr. Damodar is not sending a replacement at all. He sent a person from his office to inspect the table. He also confirmed that there is damage. Inspite of this they are not sending a replacement. it has been 4 months now I have sent about 12 mails to customer care but no response Was this information helpful? | |||||
