We purchased a product from Royal Oak from Bhannergatta road on 1st Dec 2021. They mentioned that the installation engineer will arrive for the installation in 2 days and inspect the product and we will be good to use the product. There was a week of delay and the engineer fixed the legs of the product and said its all good. He did not inspect for any damage. With the trust on the product we have on Royal Oak we believed that the product was good.
We got busy with our christmas shopping and other things and one day when I was sitting on the sofa I found that the hand rest of the product was broken from inside.
I immediately called the sales person of Royal Oak and explained to them of the situation and sent him the photos. There was no action taken on complaint and veiled couple of days. After a week of follow up the sales person said that I need to send an email to customer support team. I sent an email to customer support adding Vijai sir who is the CEO of Royal Oak. After a couple of response there is no response from customer support team as well.
