I have received a defective Sofa. The sitting wood has 16 pieces of wood attached and now it started to break.when i contacted the Manager regarding the issue, he suggested for paid service. Irresponsible Manager did answer for any of my doubts. He told to complain about the issue to anywhere in India as he will be the person to look into this issue. Very very bad way of treating the customer. When technician came for inspection after long arguments and long days he told that company is not responsible for the issues. Very very bad experience
