[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Defects recliner not working

We have purchased recliners 3+1+1 for the cost of 1.7 lacs but very bad quality not working properly, initially they delivered damaged one, partial replacement done but again product not working properly, advise cha we get solutions or not
