Sir, royal oak geo coffee table order no ROY002839 CUSTOMER NAME Mr R R K mohan with registered phone number[protected] from Vijayawada andhra Pradesh. The complaint is product delivery is on Feb 10th but didn't received and we called their customer care and then their employee jai prakash ji and then we came to know that by feb 25th we will receive the product and again the same story repeated we didn't received the product. We called their customer care but their staff simply giving different phone numbers and no one is telling the exact delivery date. Also their employee jai prakash (phone numbers [protected] and [protected]) not responding to our phone calls even though we called him several times on his two phone numbers. so plz take stern action With regards Dr Hariharan ( chief medical officer ) [protected].
