Sir, royal oak geo coffee table order no ROY002839 CUSTOMER NAME Mr R R K mohan with registered phone number[protected] from Vijayawada andhra Pradesh. The complaint is product delivery is on Feb 10th but didn't received and we called their customer care and then their employee jai prakash ji and then we came to know that by feb 25th we will receive the product and again the same story repeated we didn't received the product. We called their customer care but their staff simply giving different phone numbers and no one is telling the exact delivery date. Also their employee jai prakash (phone numbers [protected] and [protected]) not responding to our phone calls even though we called him several times on his two phone numbers. so plz take stern action With regards Dr Hariharan ( chief medical officer ) [protected]. Mar 13, 2018 Updated by hariharanmunganda The product has not reached us though they promised on march 7th that on saturday 10th march it will be delivered.Shameless royal oak people.they cheated us 3rd time by fake promises.the royal oak website showing the product not even dispatched.(the proof attached) | |||||
