[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Delivered a damaged piece | |||
We purchased a Dining table (Seshan wood) which was damaged and sent a service engineer and repaired it. I am not sure how can they send a product without verifying the quality and condition. We paid a lot of money and get annoyed by seeing the damaged piece.The same damage was there in the display piece also which was available in the showroom and they assured that the issue will not be there for the new piece which will be delivered but the issue was still there. And the table doesn't look like a new piece but the piece available in the showroom was looking much better. We are totally disappointed in purchasing this item from Royal Oak and we will never suggest or buy anything from this brand. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Team,
I have purchased coffee table on 24-Jun in Banneragatta road branch and after so much of tracking finally they delivered and installed yesterday (6-Jul) with with damaged product please find the attached photos for the same.
Please take action asap..
