[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — delivery and installation - royal oak | |||
Placedan order for king size bed online. My orde number : roy0015093, order was placed on april 22 2019, after so much of follow up finally we got the product on 3rd may 2019. (They claim within 72 hours of purchase product will be delivered in bangalore). Once the product was delivered installation is one more head ache. From the day they delivered we were trying to call customer care but no proper response. Its been 5 days after delivery there is no call regarding installation or even technician was assigned. Customer service is really pathetic and from all this these i understood that royal doesnt encourage online shopping. None of them are bothered about the customer. This is my last purchase from royal oak and i will never ever recommend any one too. If you dont meet your customr requirements please dont sell your products online. I felt like people who buy from shop will get higher privileges than people buy from online why is that do we look cheap for you? Even we pay the same amount of money. And when the product got delivered we had to to take leave as it was getting delievered after 3pm and when we ask customer care executive to send techinician before 11 am is also not possible. I realy dont know what to say. Royal oak customer service is really really pathetic. I need a solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After so much follow up's this was resolved. It was manufacturer and technician issue. finally warehouse manager solved the issue after escalating it higher management. but this type of customer relationship is not good. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
