Ordered a sofa on 15th August 2022 with a promise that it will be delivered by 18th August 2022. Today it's 22nd September. Neither sofa has been delivered nor refunded is given. A customer manager name Pravin Raj openly told me that I will not get my money refunded and I should wait until I get my sofa. He also told that he can't guarantee when the sofa delivered as it is not in warehouse. Royal Oak service is very pathetic, no business ethics and how to behave with a customer.
