[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Dining table - not delivered plus advance not returned | |||||
I had given advance to RoyalOak Furniture Marathalli on 21st March for a Barcelona Dining 6S and paid advance of Rs.2000. At the time, they had promised me that they will deliver the table on April 1st. They did not deliver it even after one month and I called them multiple times. The Sales Person (Karthi - [protected]) kept on telling me it will be deilvered next day, next week etc. Finally I went there and spoke to their manager and he confirmed that it will take another 45 days. So I asked him to cancel my order and return the 2000 he had taken as advance. So he told since it has already been billed, the account section needs to return the advance. So I gave them my account details. Then again, they did not do anything for more than one month. When I called the person last week, he said the account department has lost the account details and asked me to send it again. I again sent it and he said they will credit the money within two days. It is one week now and even now they have not credited the amount. I need my advance money of 2000/- plus the interest amount and the expenses I incurred by travelling to their place multiple times.
