[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Faulty product delivered - ROY00103628

I have ordered a office chair in May 18th 2021.Second day itself i noticed the improper function of the hydraulic piston and keep on raised the complaint with Royal Oak mail Id and CUSTOMER care number. Till now there is no response and now the problem of the worsened as such the chair will be automatically get set with the highest height everytime we adjust the same.
This is the worst level of the CUSTOMER care, i have seen in my experience.

Tried first time in Royal oak thought of a brand. But pepperfry is way for better than this fraudulant ### company.
