[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Issue in storage of queen size bed | |||||
We have already filed a complaint and went to your showroom at bannerghata road but still no response from your side. I have never seen such a poor customer service, faulty products you are selling and no response to customer complaints. Just degrading your brand. This queen size bed was deliver on 26th oct 2016, and storage is touching floor, which should not be the case. Even sales person did not mention anything on this just said "all will be good once service people fix at your home". This is all good?? Also you are not ready to replace the bed.
