[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — issues with daffodil recliner

I purchased a daffodil 2s recliner around a month back and started facing issues within a few days. I visited their store and was told to reach out to the customer service via mail/phone. I have already sent many mails and called them several times but they don't seem to be courteous enough to resolve my issue. A perfect example of poor customer service.
