[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — late delivery, late fitting and service not done which was in warranty | |||
I had booked a king size bed in mid month of nov -2018, as they promised me that it will take 45 days to deliver, but after 45 days when i used to reach their store to enquirer about my order then they started giving me reasons like it me was it was in transits from bangalore, it was already reached ware house, that design was not available currently but at last they had delivered in last week of jan-2019, after delivering again they took one week to install the king size bed, then after installing after two months some nuts had been got loose and when i had given complaint over phone manger said he will send the person in 2 days, but they again started giving reasons that my mobile was not reachable, technician was busy wit some other product like that. Now after all i had been directly visited the show room manager himself had send me mail from on june 03rd he himself was telling that they failed to give us the service what they promised to.
