[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — magna 3 seater 2 seater
I have bought magna 3 seater and 2 seater a month before. I was very excited and chose magna.. They delivered on time and installation people also came.. After installation we came to know damages were there in the both sofas.. Immediately i called customer care they said will get replacement fully. So i was waited.. It took almost 15 days to get the replacement.. Finally the sofa came.. After they delivered i was shocked.. The sofa color is different and the size too. Again immediately i called customer care they said will get the replacement.. I was waiting whole week.. About a week later they said this is new consignment so slightly difference will be there.. But i was not satisfied.. I felt that previous sofa itself good than new consignment sofa... Ispent so much money but really unsatisfied.. I didn't get the same product which i saw in the display really i wasted my hubby's hard earned money simply for brand..
So please don't see the brand..
Normal shops will do better than these brands

Based on customer complaint on fabric torn we have raised the complaint for the same with full replacement and on every new consignment there will be a 5% of color difference and the this particular sofa comes in one color only the same is been communicated to the customer at the time of Replacement.
The Issue is been resolved .
